The below shipping rates relate to print purchases. For calendar purchase shipping rates please refer to the shipping calculation found in the basket/cart. Calendar shipping rates are calculated differently to prints; with the cost depending on quantity and destination.

Please note that prints and calendars cannot be packaged/shipped together and therefore if you are purchasing both products, a shipping charge will apply for the calendar and print aspects of your order.

Calendar orders are all tracked. In the UK, Royal Mail 'Tracked 48' service is used. For Europe and the rest of the world, the service is Royal Mail International Tracked.

For some shipping destinations outside of the UK; import duties, taxes, government fees might apply for items over a certain value; these are known as ICOD charges (Import Collect On Delivery charges). These charges are typically paid to the delivery service before the package is released. You may wish to check whether import fees apply for your country of destination and at the value of the item you are purchasing or painting you wish to commission.

The above shipping costs include packaging materials used to secure and protect artwork during every stage of transit from studio to delivery address. Items are also fully insured during transit against loss, damage and theft.

The cost of shipping to various worldwide destinations is often reviewed to make sure the best level of service is being offered at a sensible cost, without compromising the protection required to deliver artwork safely to the recipient.

Damaged items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and an email sent to matthew@emenyart.com to arrange your return. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the damaged item. The return postage will not be refunded.

Non-damaged items must be returned within 7 days after receiving the product.
The cost of the item will be refunded, so long as they are still in the condition they were when they left Emeny Art.
