Original paintings and prints are packaged and shipped in secure extra strong postal tubes; clearly labelled and with fragile tape. All orders are insured for shipping against loss, damage and theft.
RETURNS POLICY
Damaged items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and an email sent to matthew@emenyart.com to arrange your return. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the damaged item. The return postage will not be refunded.
Non-damaged items must be returned within 7 days after receiving the product.
The cost of the item will be refunded, so long as they are still in the condition they were when they left Emeny Art.
The above applies only to items purchased from www.emenyart.com and does not include products such as jigsaw puzzles sold by companies who have licenced use of my artwork.
