This painting was commissioned to commemorate the actions taken in the Red Sea in defense of global freedom of navigation and free flow of commerce.

The scene features two MH-60Rs, one of which is rescuing personnel from a stricken merchant vessel. The other has just launched a Hellfire missile. Two Arleigh Burke Class Destroyers, Nimitz Class Aircraft Carrier, Ticonderoga Class Cruiser and two F/A-18s.
