I've given this four stars, as the print hasn't arrived just yet. The supplier has been fantastic! Almost as soon as my order was confirmed, my region was hit by severe storms, causing record flooding, and the money I had set aside for the print had to be diverted to protecting my home. I contacted Matthew, and this was no problem. Once paid, processing of my order was immediate, and I was kept informed by emails at each step.
However, my order is being sent to an address in Australia, which means it has to go through Customs at an installation attached to Heathrow Airport. It was sitting there for 12 days before being despatched. So if you're ordering from overseas, expect some delays which are NOT the fault of the supplier!
I'll see if I can return to update this review, when the item arrives at my Brother's home. I can't wait for his reaction, as he was based at RAF Scampton during 617 Squadron's Vulcan days.
