Description
Spitfire Mk. V AB276, MN-U, 350 (Belgian) Squadron RAF (RAF Friston, Sussex, circa June 1944). Depicted flying above The Needles on the Isle of Wight. Note the black bands around the lighthouse which were not painted red until 1949. This is quite apt and compliments the D-day stripes on the Spitfire.

My first purchase from this artist but certainly not my last. The quality of the print and attention to detail is first class. I look forward to owning more paintings from this artist.

What an excellent print, detail if fantastic. Love the Spitfire over the Needles as I'm on the Isle of Wight.
Print arrived well packed, can't wait to put it on the wall.

Great looking print with the spitfire over The Needles... especially as we now live on the Isle of Wight.
